Q: What are the Promiseland hours of operation?
Promiseland is open for service during Sunday worship services: 7:30 AM and 10:45 AM.

Q: The church has one service during some holiday weekends. What time is Promiseland open to serve?                                                                                               Promiseland is open for the 10:00 AM service.

Q: What ages does Promiseland serve? Promiseland activities are age appropriate. Infants to the 5th grade are invited to attend.

Q: How can I register my child for Promiseland?
 In Person: Parents may register their children at the Promiseland Children's Ministry. 

Q: Do I need to register multiple children?
Each child must be registered individually because each child is unique and could have different needs and health concerns.

Q: Does Promiseland have a wellness policy?
The staff of Promiseland strives to provide an extremely fun yet safe classroom environment for your children.

Q: What is the capacity of Promiseland?
Promiseland has established ratios of children to adult workers to maintain a fun, yet safe learning environment appropriate for children.

Q: Does Promiseland cost anything?
Promiseland is a ministry for children, therefore there is no cost. We are delighted and excited to have your children with us in Promiseland.

Q: How does Promiseland contact me during worship services?
Promiseland staff distribute ID numbers to parents in the infant and preschool areas. If a parent is needed, the number will run across the sanctuary screens prior to the Word being preached.. For children in the first thru fifth grade, a Promiseland representative will locate parents in the worship service if needed. All parents must be attending worship services or a ministry function on the New Salem premises.

Q: How safe is Promiseland? Promiseland is Safe and Secure. The Promiseland staff strives to provide an extremely fun, yet safe classroom environment for your children.

Q: What kind of security check do the volunteers have to go through? Screening of all Promiseland volunteers includes background checks.

Q: Who can pick up your child from Promiseland? Only adults whose names are placed on a child's registration form.
