Responsible for maintaining the organizational, and operational functions of the church, as well as providing support to the ministries of the church.

Community of Caring - Kim Carter

Community of Caring is the non-profit arm of the New Salem Missionary Baptist Church. We strive to enhance the lives of our members, local and global communities, through personal and professional development initiatives.

Hospitality - Brenda Troy

The Hospitality Department assist with setting the atmosphere for visitors and members of New Salem Missionary Baptist Church through greetings, welcome announcements, decorations, distribution of welcome gifts, etc.

 
Magnification - Merlyn Ruffin

The Magnification Department consists of the music, worship arts, usher and greeter ministries of the church and is designed to express our Christian witness. Worship is one of the five purposes that Christ ordained for His Church. The Magnification Department emphasizes worship as a lifestyle rather than an event

 
Maturity - Ken Rogers

The Mission of The Maturity Department Is To Foster Christian Commitment, Growth, and Spiritual Maturity So That God’s People Are Prepared For Service In The Body of Christ.

 
Membership - David Williams

The Membership Department helps visitors and guests become New Salem members. The Membership Department ministries provides care to our members, organize recreational activities, supports care groups and serves singles, seasoned citizens, couples, families, men, women and divorced individuals.

 
Ministry - Vacant

The Department of Ministry exists to assist NSMBC members in the discovery of their spiritual gifts, placing them in ministry and equipping them for servant leadership.

To organize & equip a Christ-Centered Team to share the love of Christ through Serving, Sharing the Good News, and Building Relationships locally and around the world.

New Salem is a Purpose Driven Church and Promiseland strives to connect children to Membership, Maturity, Ministry, Missions, and Magnification.

 
Life Development - TaNikka Sheppard

Chosen generation Ministries purpose is to REACH non-believing youth/young adults, to CONNECT them to Christians so that they GROW in their faith and to challenge those growing to DISCOVER their ministry and HONOR God with their lives.
