MISSION STATEMENT
Ephesians 4:12 "For the equipping of the Saints; For the work of the Ministry; For the edifying of the Body Of Christ."

The Mission Of The SALEM INSTITUTE is to grow, firmly root, and equip people to become more like Jesus by providing ongoing exposure to content and training necessary for growth throughout life and in preparation for service in the Kingdom of God.

GOALS Ephesians 4:11-13 He (Jesus) is the one who gave these gifts to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. Their responsibility is to equip god's people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ, until we come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God's Son that we will be mature and full grown in the Lord, measuring up to the full stature of Christ. 1. Guide learners through their Christian growth and development by integrating core biblical and theological principles that will help them develop, strengthen, and build upon a strong Christian foundation.
2. Provide education and training support for individuals serving in ministry.
3. Develop leadership and discipleship skills in individuals to help them perform ministry and missions with excellence through immersion in a series of trainings and practical applications.
