MISSION STATEMENT

S.A.L.E.M Institute: Mission

It is the mission of the S.A.L.E.M Institute to provide educational and hands-on training opportunities that help foster God's people through the stages of spiritual maturity, developing them into Christ-centered individuals.

S.A.L.E.M Institute: Purpose

To meet individuals where they are in their spiritual development and shepherd them along towards expanded knowledge and growth in their development as Christians.

To focus on aiding Saints to become more effective in their individual lives, NSMBC and in the 'Market Place' as leaders in ministry through educational opportunities which integrates the basic biblical foundations with leadership development and practical application.

 

S.A.L.E.M Institute: Areas of Focus

Biblical Foundations--Designed to serve the members of the church that are exploring Christianity and /or new believers in Christ.

Discipleship Development--Designed to serve the believers with a personal level of spiritual practices, who are seeking to grow in their discipleship.

Leadership Development & Training--Provides educational and practical opportunities for Christians to develop into effective leaders in the Church, at ministry and in the Market Place.

Life Application--Provides biblical and practical answers to life concerns that are facing Christians on a daily basis.

 

S.A.L.E.M. Institute if looking for individuals who have a passion for Christian Education and would like to serve on the team. Additional volunteer opportunities include:
